Richard Alton
Mortgage Broker Mastermind / Director
I’m your go-to for anything to do with mortgage-related products, whether Residential, Buy to Let or Commercial. I’m a problem solver – which is perfect for a broker as every client case poses a new enigma to solve. I love taking the stress away from our clients and providing an outstanding customer service experience.
I enjoy keeping fit and hit the gym most days. I’ve run eight half marathons (still not quite tempted to try a full marathon!). I invested in BTL property over 25 years ago and still have three of those investments now – I wish I’d bought more. I love spending time with my family – Gill and I have two children, and Basil, our cat, very much rules our house!

I aim to help our clients achieve financial security by reviewing their situation to provide personalized, knowledgeable tailor-made insurance solutions for personal or business requirements. I get such a buzz from my job because no day is the same. Plus, I get to do everything I love – facts, figures and building relationships.
I have two claims to fame – firstly, I’ve written a book, and secondly, I was involved in buying and project managing the refurbishment of 38 houses between 2010-2013. I love colorful clothes (why be black and white in a colorful world?!) and keep-fit classes.

My favorite thing about my job is that I’m the go-to person for people’s most significant and stressful financial decisions during their lifetime and help to ensure their mortgage journey from start to finish is as easy and smooth as possible.
I am a big Star Wars Geek! I’ve unashamedly watched the original trilogy of Star Wars over 100 times. I’m also a huge Sports fan. From cricket, F1, golf, and tennis to football, I love watching all types of competitive sports.

I have a diverse and broad range of interests which range from rugby and boxing to politics and economics! In addition, I love playing golf on a Saturday and cooking a roast on a Sunday.

I support our brokers with mortgage applications. I’m the one who’ll keep you updated on progress and celebrate the significant milestones, like documents getting approved. I enjoy using my experience and knowledge to reassure customers and give them the smoothest possible experience of getting their mortgage.
I love playing rugby, travelling, and cycling – so a bit of wet weather doesn’t put me off cycling to work every day.

My job is to support our brokers from application to completion to ensure a seamless process for our clients. From administrative duties and solicitor follow-ups to essential updates for our clients – I take pride in providing clear communication (even if it’s just to say there’s no new news!)
My real name is actually February – always a good conversation starter. I love plants, and I have a fabulous selection of houseplants. I play the keyboard and listen to music daily. I am no Ludovico Einaudi (unfortunately!) but I am self-taught via YouTube. I also enjoy a good walk, usually at a speedy pace.

I support our clients (and brokers) by providing a top-notch administration service, guiding applications through the mortgage process, from Offer to Completion. I’m the lady who liaises with the Solicitors to ensure Exchange and Completion take place as planned and our clients can relax.
I used to work for a Mortgage Lender, so I understand both sides. I’ve over 40 years of experience in the industry, so I’ve got a wealth of knowledge to back up my work. I also love to play golf – but only when the weather is sunny so I can get a great tan!
Louise Dawson
Protection Administrator
I provide the Protection team administrative support and background research so the Protection Specialist can offer tailor made solutions for our clients. So if we need to hunt down a missing form or give a Provider a nudge, I’m your girl!
I love being with people and making new connections. I like to help people find the right outcome, be it for a client or taking a friend shopping for the right party dress. I also love travelling, boating, spa days, walking my new puppy, and pub lunches.
